Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email to our official support channel before the project execution or service activation begins.

Project-Based Services

Once a software development project, customization, or implementation has been initiated, the service cannot be cancelled as resources, manpower, and time are already allocated.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based software or SaaS services, cancellation will stop future billing cycles. However, access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

Refund Policy

All payments made to RSSD Infotech Pvt Ltd are strictly non-refundable. This includes software development charges, subscription fees, setup costs, customization charges, and consulting fees.

Important Notice: Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless explicitly mentioned in a signed written agreement.

Payment Disputes

Any billing or payment-related concerns must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. Delayed requests may not be considered.

Changes to Policy

RSSD Infotech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
